I chose this hotel for a business forum due to its convenient location, just a few blocks from the New York City Convention Center. The 24-hour reception, business center, and wireless internet access were extremely useful for my work needs during the stay.

The one service I missed for my work was the availability of a meeting room for small business gatherings or discussions.

I keep coming back for a romantic escape. The staff helped me print important documents on my first stay. With free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and flat-screen TV, everything suits me perfectly. Plus, the delicious buffet makes mornings delightful.

The rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea were so comfortable and cozy. The free WiFi and well-lit work desk made it easy to stay connected and get work done during our stay. The complimentary toiletries and hairdryer in the private bathroom were a nice touch, and the location near a metro station made exploring the city a breeze.

I found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking, but I know others might appreciate it.

The shuttle to penn station was a great perk and breakfast was included...

Well, the area was really busy overall.

The rooms were new-fashioned and tidy, had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Liked a particularly good bathroom.

The fully equipped fitness center helped me maintain my daily exercise routine. The lobby area had plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing or pretending to read a newspaper. The complimentary wireless Internet access was great for scrolling through social media while pretending to be cultured.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea. Everything was just perfect and flawless, I can't think of a single negative thing to say.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, including eggs and sausages.

The bed was too soft, that's my bad luck.

It made our trip to New York City a such great experience. Our room was reasonably priced and warm, we loved the spectacular view. Distance to the airport was just 9 miles.

The stay here was very comfortable at the property. Tidy room with towels on the floor, pleasant staff - everything was great. The hotel had a central location and it was an easy walk to East Village. Besides, I was close to gardens and parks. I liked to be in this place.

All aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was gorgeous in combination with fabulous staff. Parking was nearby and I paid extra $ 98 per day to park my car.

My partner and I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Chelsea for 4 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the flower district, with the subway just 2 minutes away. The staff were efficient and provided complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast selection was great, with fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, scrambled eggs, and more. We especially enjoyed the Starbucks coffee available all day. The hotel's rooftop terrace was beautiful, although it would be even better with a bar or vending machine. a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a central location.

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations on restaurants. The location was convenient and close to the subway, making it easy to get around this city. We were provided with umbrellas when it was raining, and the TV had access to the internet.

The staff were great in providing excellent service. The cherry on top was the delicious and complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in NYC!
